The Organization of Associated Salespeople in the Southwest Inc., better known as OASIS, is the only non-profit gift show driven by an association comprised of the exhibitors themselves. OASIS members represent the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.
From their first 12-booth trade show in 1976, OASIS has grown to national prominence. Their bi-annual shows boast over 150,000 square feet of contiguous exhibit space and represent more than 300 exhibitors and thousands of product lines each show. Their next event, set for January 22-24, at the University of Phoenix Stadium, is expected to attract between 3,000-5,000 buyers. The University of Phoenix Stadium, located in Glendale, Arizona recently received national recognition when they hosted the Super Bowl last January.
Although their primary niche is product with a Southwestern influence, including Native American merchandise, OASIS shows also feature a wide array of gift and home décor items as well. One of the exciting new additions has been the Handmade in America section, exhibited as part of the high quality Artisans’ Showcase area. Another popular feature, Gifts 2 Go, is a wholesale cash and carry operation featuring a variety of jewelry, watches, purses, home décor items and more.
Buyers attending OASIS can enjoy one of the most affordable and unique shows in the Southwest. The show is open to the retail trade only and features free buyer registration, plenty of free parking, easy access, affordable hotels, dining and entertainment within walking distance.
OASIS offers a rare opportunity to keep your overhead down while expanding your business potential with a great product mix! Amenities include a chance to win free gifts, live fashion shows, live demonstrations and free Wine Bar (during specified hours, while supplies last).
